sizes. The process includes implementing our "Profiler"
software. This is a questionnaire driven, automated role
evaluation system developed by Oakwood and used to profile
thousands of roles in the UK.
The approach that we use has
been developed so that it is fully compliant with the Equal
Pay for Work of Equal Value legislation and has been passed by
an EOC independent expert.
